Every meaningful change begins with a conversation.

Our Story

Where meaningful communication begins.

Kindred Communique was born from a simple belief : every organisation deserves communication that feels as thoughtful as the work behind it.

After years of leading communications and marketing campaigns across government, higher education, and purpose-driven organisations, founder Krisma Maskey saw how often important ideas became lost in complexity. Kindred was created to bridge that gap - bringing together strategy, creativity, and human connection to help organisations communicate with clarity and purpose.

Because great communication doesn't just inform - it helps people care.

The Heart Behind Kindred

Kindred Communique is led by Krisma Maskey, a communications and marketing professional with over six years of experience delivering strategic campaigns across Australia. From government communications and stakeholder engagement to digital marketing and brand strategy, she has helped organisations communicate with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Beyond communications, Krisma is an award-winning poet and lifelong creative who believes the best ideas are both thoughtfully crafted and deeply human. Her love of language, storytelling, and meaningful connection brings a distinctive perspective to every project- balancing strategic thinking with creativity and empathy.

At the heart of Kindred is a simple philosophy: communication should feel authentic, collaborative, and intentional. Every partnership begins with listening, understanding what matters most, and creating messages that not only inform, but build trust, inspire action, and leave a lasting impression.
